Energy Recycling Method

"Energy Recycling" combines techniques and pathways to create a certain flow. It brings awareness to the physics of movement, and how we can use and implement them in our way of dancing.

We explore the possibilities of gravity and how we can use it to recycle the energy from one movement into another. Like this, we save energy when going through pathways of movement.

We dive into the power of elongation and visualize the lines of energy we draw with our bodies in space. As if the space around us pulls us through the movements. We are getting ourselves easier into circular movement, floorwork material, acrobatics, and traveling.

The "Energy Recycling" method can unlock a unique opportunity to express oneself with power, size, stability, and fluidity.
